A series of online workshops to support artists and creatives with their careers has been launched by Stirling’s Place Partnership project.

Scene Stirling, which is led by the city’s arts and cultural partners, is offering a variety of free professional development sessions over the next three months to help with the Covid-19 recovery process.

Topics include:

·        Developing ideas into proposals.

·        Presenting your work online.

·        Climate change and environmental awareness.

·        Putting anti-racism into practice.

·        Telling your story.

The series kicks off on Friday 28 August with an hour-long session by Lesley Wilkinson of Stirling PR on how to tell your story.

Lesley said: “In these uncertain and socially distant times, communication is more important than ever. I’ll be sharing my top tips on how to get your work noticed, from writing engaging social media posts to creating effective news releases.”
