The end of year art exhibition is back at Forth Valley College’s Stirling Campus.

Forth Valley College’s celebrated degree and diploma art exhibition will return to its pre-pandemic best when it opens to the public at the Stirling Campus on Friday 2 June.

The show offers members of the public, students and staff the opportunity to check out work from the next generation of artists from the College’s Creative Industries Department.

The free exhibition begins on Friday 2 June from 10am-4pm, runs through Monday 5 June (10am-4pm), Tuesday 6 June (10am-8pm), Wednesday 8 June and will end on Thursday 8 June at 4pm.

The show will highlight a wide range of media including art, design, photography, sculpture, installation, video and audio created by 50 learners from the BA Art and Design, HND Contemporary Art Practice, HND Graphic Design, HND Photography and HND Art and Design, as well as highlighting the talent of students across courses in media and communication and sound production.

Kenny MacInnes, Principal of Forth Valley College, said: “I am really looking forward to this year’s End of Year show, as it is the first one fully back to normal since the show was curtailed due to the challenges of the lockdown.

“It is a fantastic opportunity for our students to showcase their work, which they have been creating over the last year and I encourage as many people as possible to come along and see for themselves the talent that Forth Valley College has developed a reputation for producing in this area.”
