Designed and illustrated by Orla Stevens, this book is intended to offer a lasting trace of the project, a source of seasonal creative inspiration that you can refer to throughout the year. It features a selection of activities provided by the artistic team and adapted from the project, such as craft activities, movement invitations, meditations, recipes. Some of these are things to try alone, some with others- all can be adapted to different ages, your own needs, interests and surroundings. The activities are intended to invite you to tune into your creativity, environment, connection with self and community.
