2024 marks Stirling's 900th anniversary as a Royal Burgh. To celebrate the incredible history and heritage of Stirling, from the battles that shaped Scotland to the quirkier and lesser known stories, we are embarking on an exciting creative project.
Talented local artist, illustrator and graphic designer David Galletly is leading the charge to create a captivating and expansive public hoarding timeline that reflects Stirling's stories through past and recent times and celebrates all that makes the area of Stirling distinctive.

About The Artist
David Galletly is an illustrator and graphic designer. His clients include Begg x Co, Innis & Gunn, NHS, Pringle 1815, Glasgow Film, WIRED, and The Hollywood Reporter. Alongside client work, David exhibits original artwork in solo and group shows in the UK and overseas.
After 8 years of living and working in Glasgow, David returned to Stirling, his hometown, where he built his new studio in the Made in Stirling creative hub.
