FREE EVENT PROMOTING CREATIVE FUTURES IN FURTHER EDUCATION

Creative Stirling has teamed up with Access to Creative Education Scotland to create a free event for young people this August. Here’s Community Development Officer Sam Green with more details:

Creative Stirling has long been dedicated to empowering young people in Forth Valley by offering them opportunities to explore and develop their creative talents.

Over the past year, we have focused on equipping these young individuals with essential creative and employability skills, guiding them towards brighter futures and helping them navigate the diverse career paths within the arts.

Through our Creative Youth Assembly (CYA), we’ve connected young people with professionals from various creative fields, offering them first hand insights and inspiration.

Our mission is to ensure that every young person, regardless of their background, has access to the resources and support they need to pursue their passions and thrive in the creative industries.

On the 28th of August, our upcoming CYA session will host an event in collaboration with Access to Creative Education Scotland (ACES). This event is designed to inform young people about the valuable support ACES offers to those interested in studying arts in further education.
